Minimotos4u Legal Disclaimer and Warranty Terms and Conditions

Legal Declaration and Disclaimer.

Minimotos are not ROAD LEGAL and should under no circumstances be used on the public roads. The purchaser is solely responsible for the use of the minimoto and must strictly adhere to all governmental laws that are in force. Do not use on wet, oily or icy surfaces. The minimoto is designed for both adults and children from 12 years upwards, but children should be supervised at all time when riding the bike by a responsible adult.

Purchaser accepts FULL responsibility & releases Minimotos4u.com and Tamara Welton and David Welton of ANY and ALL PERSONAL INJURIES, FATAL INJURIES, ANY LOSSES , COSTS, OR DAMAGES incurred as a result of the Purchaser's operation of this item. The purchaser is solely responsible for the maintenance and safety of the minimoto and when permitting other riders to ride this item, and assumes all responsibility in event of damages, injuries or fatal injuries etc... Purchaser is solely responsible for understanding and abiding by all governmental/ police laws for operation of this product .

Delivery Terms

Goods paid for via PayPal will only be delivered to the PayPal address given.

Please be aware if an incorrect postal address and name is given at the purchasing stage and the mini moto parts cannot be delivered due to this, you will be solely responsible for all return postage costs and re delivery costs.

We will endeavor to ensure that your mini moto parts are despatched during the next working day but please allow upto 5 working days for delivery. It is very important at the purchasing stage to leave a contact telephone number in the space provided to ensure that we have a point of contact, this will avoid unnecessary delays. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Upon delivery do not sign for goods if they appear damaged as doing so will be your acceptance that the goods are undamaged!. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods so we can pursue the shipping company. if we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items satisfactorily. we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the companies appointed carrier. photographs of the damaged parts are required to pursue claims.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs in full to ourselves for the machine and/or defective parts and for the return postage costs back to themselves.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the parts are packaged and protected securely for return to us, as we will not be held responsible for damages in transit. If damage results to the parts from poor packaging you the customer are responsible for the costs.

Our delivery prices quoted are for the UK mainland only. For all other areas including Southern Ireland an additional delivery charge is applicable. If you require delivery to other areas please contact tamara@minimotos4u.com for more info.

Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Important! Please read the following information

All parts are checked and inspected prior to delivery then securely packaged for distribution.

If incorrect parts are ordered we may make a refund at our discretion minus the cost of shipping, restocking fee (20%) and PayPal charges.

Customers will be expected to fit parts themselves, guidance will be available on technical issues.

Minimotos4u (Tamara Welton and David Welton) will not cover any loss, damage or injury caused by your neglect, misuse, abuse, wear and tear or accident howsoever arising.

note: We reserve the right to determine what is damage due to defective materials and what is due to product misuse and abuse and our decision is final.

All defective parts must be returned to us at the customers expense.

It is essential that you use the correct petrol to synthetic 2 stroke oil ratio mixed thoroughly in the supplied mixing bottle to ensure engine damage does not occur.

Please check all nuts and bolts for tightness before and after use, we suggest you make use of a thread locking agent to ensure they stay tight.

Returned Products

Any returns must be confirmed via e-mail before anything is posted back to us.

Returned items must be in unused condition, accessories and pakaged in a secure fashion. Items that don't meet these standards will not be accepted. The customer will receive a refund which equates to the original purchase price minus a 20% to cover restocking fees, there will also be a charge to cover the cost of PayPal and post & packaging. Customers who have paid by PayPal willl be sent the refund back to their PayPal account. Only customers who have paid by cheque will receive the refund by cheque and this will be payable to the person who made the original payment. The customer is responsible for all postal charges on returned items. It's recommend that full insurance is purchased on the return postage in case of loss or damage. Carriers must also provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
